Warmer Weather
Although I was wearing my winter coat just a few days ago, it was 68-degrees here yesterday - and it appears the next few days may be even warmer! While the polar bears may not appreciate how mild of a winter we’ve had, this early tease of spring has me considering shaving my beard and looking forward to driving my Mustang! It also has me feeling extra motivated to train hard for the triathlon that both Kristin and I are competing in this July - and it has me thinking about each and every one of you!
As you might suspect, we traditionally see an influx of new clients each January. As you might also suspect, we (and every gym) also see some of that interest begin to taper off in February - and return to normal by mid-March! Due to COVID, the past two years were accompanied by a bit less of an influx. This year, however, I’m pleased to report that we’ve had several new clients sign on throughout January and early February. So now our goal is to do our best to keep each of you engaged and committed to realizing the aspirations that led you to us!
As the weather continues to turn nicer, I encourage you to compliment your training sessions with plenty of time spent being active outdoors. Whether you walk, jog, bike, do your own yard work, or even just grill up some steaks and vegetables on your patio - the extra time in the fresh air and sunshine will do wonders for your health (and mood) too! Let’s face it: When you feel good, you eat, train, and sleep good. And when you put all four of those together, that’s a really good thing!
So, THANK YOU for training with us. Let’s make your spring and summer the best, most productive and enjoyable seasons you can possibly have! And by all means - if you’re reading this and you’re NOT a client yet - give me a call at (402) 871-7935 and let’s get you scheduled with one of our amazing trainers. There’s no time like the present, and we’d love to help you too!
Yours in health,
