Steph Penington: Nutritional Therapy Consultant

Steph is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Recognized Pilates Mat Instructor, and a Nutritional Therapy Consultant. Steph graduated from UNL with dual degrees in Therapeutic Recreation and Human Development & the Family. Steph has been training with Kennedy Fitness since 2010.

Erin Quinn: Women's Fitness Specialist

Erin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Women’s Fitness Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist. Erin graduated from Creighton University, and has been training with Kennedy Fitness since 2014.

Traci Prauner: Corporate Wellness Coordinator

Traci is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Posture Specialist, and a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist. Traci is a graduate of UNL and holds multiple group exercise certifications from MOSSA, SCW, AFAA, and is also a Recognized Pilates Mat Instructor. Traci has been in the fitness industry since 1999, and has been working with Kennedy Fitness since 2015.

Vicki Vandergriend: Group Personal Training Specialist

Vicki is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Group Personal Training Specialist. Vicki has also earned her Bachelor’s in education from the University of Nebraska, and a Masters degree from George Mason University. A USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach, and 3x Ironman tri-athlete herself, Vicki has been in the fitness industry since 2009 and joined Kennedy Fitness in 2018.

Will Morales: Certified Personal Trainer

Will is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Personal Training Specialist. In 2009, Will earned an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance. He then spent the next decade helping people achieve a more optimum level of function and fitness before joining Kennedy Fitness in 2019.
