At Kennedy Fitness, we want to help you achieve your goals as quickly and safely as possible. To do this we start with a series of assessments, which are used to develop a “Corrective Exercise Program” specifically tailored to your individual needs. Using this program as a starting point, we are able to progress you more quickly and safely toward your goals.

We specialize in one-on-one personal training appointments in the privacy and convenience of your home. Additionally, we offer our services at Elkhorn’s Common Ground; a 60,000 sq ft facility, located NE of 204th & Dodge.

Shelly is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a graduate of UNK. Shelly holds multiple group exercise certifications from TRX, MOSSA and Les Mills and is also a Recognized Pilates Mat Instructor. Shelly has been training since 2009 and joined Kennedy Fitness in 2015.

Scott is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a graduate of the University at Buffalo, in New York. A former Youth Athletic Performance trainer, Scott currently coaches youth soccer and baseball. Scott was also featured in the Men’s Health Magazine’s “Top 100” in the Fall 2015 Ultimate Guy Search, and has been training with Kennedy Fitness since 2015

Steph is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Recognized Pilates Mat Instructor. Steph graduated from UNL with dual degrees in Therapeutic Recreation and Human Development & the Family. Steph has been training with Kennedy Fitness since 2010.

Erin is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist. Erin graduated from Creighton University, has been coaching track and field since 2009, and has been training with Kennedy Fitness since 2014.
