UNBRIDLED BOOK PRE-SALE

Any of you who are current clients or have trained with us within the past three years are likely aware of my efforts authoring a new Mustang history book. The project has dominated the past three years of my life. Whenever I’ve not been conducting personal training appointments with my clients, or actively functioning as husband/dad, my default position has been upstairs in my home office - typing away like a madman about every last detail pertaining to the inspiration, development, production, marketing, sales, modification, and racing of the Ford Mustang. The project has been an amazing privilege and an incredible burden, all at the same time. Researching, interviewing, and writing about the people, economics, and politics behind such a trendsetting and iconic automobile has certainly been an interesting endeavor to say the least!

Anyway, I’m hijacking my own monthly “health & fitness” newsletter this month to promote it to you because today happens to be “Mustang Day.” It was 59 years ago today that the original car officially debuted at the World’s Fair in New York. Of course, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to tie in my book’s launch with today’s celebrations - but while it’s ALMOST ready for distribution - it’s not quite there yet. So what to do? Well, I decided to launch the website and a “Pre-Sale” as the next best thing.

So, if you’re so inclined, please feel free to check out UnbridledMustangBook.com today, and if you’d like to place an order, you’re certainly welcome to. We’re still buttoning up the final details, crossing our proverbial t’s and dotting those pesky little i’s, so deliveries aren’t expected to begin until July. But, although as the author I’m clearly biased, I think you’ll eventually agree it was worth the wait!

Otherwise, if Mustangs aren’t your thing, don’t worry. Rest assured the next issue of this newsletter will be back on its usual health & fitness theme. In the meantime, go do some sit-ups, push-ups, and take nice long walk or jog outside. The weather’s great and you’ll feel better if you do! ;-)
