Our Value Plus package delivers twice as many appointments as our Value package…and saves you another $5 per appointment! If you train twice per week, you’ll only write a check once every 6 months. And remember, if you’re not a member…we’ll pay to get you in!

Want to train with a friend? We specialize in one-on-one personal training, but please feel free to add a “buddy” for just $5 more per appointment. If you choose to split the cost 50/50 between the two of you, you’ll save nearly 50% compared to training alone. Now that’s what friends are really for!
