Casual Cardio offers the opportunity for a low-impact cardio session to those employees who may prefer to avoid a potentially intimidating class - but still desire to participate in an activity that is truly beneficial to their physical, mental, and emotional health. Casual Cardio is most effective when the business offers an on-site wellness center equipped with a variety of cardio training options (e.g., treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, rowing machines, stairmills, etc..)
