Everyone's "Up-ing" Their Game!

We’re flattered to have been asked to share what we’ve learned with our fellow gym owners, over at West O Fitness! We love seeing other folks as motivated as we are to provide their clients the best possible experience. We certainly have learned a lot over the past 15 years since Kristin and I started training. Maybe we’ll have to do more business consulting work in the future…it’s kind of fun!
